EasyWay Access Hatch

The AWAK Easy Way skylight roof access hatch is a pre-assembled, ready-to-install solution designed to provide safe and convenient access to flat roofs for maintenance and service purposes, while allowing natural daylight to enter the interior. The hatch combines a durable double layer PC/PMMA dome with a reinforced PVC base and integrated solution. Available in 800 x 800mm and 1000 x 1000 mm versions, it is supplied as a complete set for fast and sufficient installation. Gas springs support smooth opening, while the internal handle with key lock ensures secure closing and safe operations.

A transparent polycarbonate (PC) outer layer combined with an acrylic (PMMA) inner layer provides natural daylighting, durability and effective light diffusion.

Reinforced PVC base with insulation

The robust PVC base is internally reinforced and filled with expanded polystyrene (EPS) insulation, providing additional strength, stability and improved thermal performance.

Gas springs for easy operation

The opening mechanism is supported by gas springs, allowing the hatch leaf to be opened smoothly and held securely in the open position.

Secure locking system

An internal handle with key lock provides convenient operation and secure closing of the hatch.

Watertight and reliable construction

Designed to provide effective protection against weather conditions and ensure reliable long-term performance.

Confirmed technical parameters

Thermal transmittance Uw 2.1 ​W/m²K for the 800 x 800 mm version and 1.8 ​W/m²K for the 1000 x 1000 mm version; resistance to downward load DL750, resistance to upward load UL1500 and soft body impact resistance SB 300.

Two standard sizes

800 x 800 mm and 1000 x 1000 mm with base heights of 200 mm and 300 mm, respectively.
